All items have been hand crafted by myself Katy Schuler at my studio in Strathdickie Qld. Every piece is individually formed , carved ,glazed etc to produce a one of a kind item. Due to this process I can not guarantee that the colours on each piece will be exactly as seen in the photograph due to variations in light media and angles. Because my pieces are hand built there will never be an exact replica. This is the beauty of hand building. The slight variations in kiln firing temperatures can also change the colour outcome. All custom orders may vary from previous purchases or anything seen on my Web Site. 

While the utmost care is taken when sending there may be a rare occasion when a parcel arrives broken. In this case the item will be replaced or refunded. 

All items are dishwasher , microwave and oven proof except those that have rope or leather added to them.
